I learned a lot about entrepreneurship and had the opportunity to discover Japan. Working hours from 10am to 6pm.
Cons
The missions that were given to me were not the ones stated on the internship contract. They were of little interest and extremely repetitive, such as copying and pasting lists in excel for hours. Furthermore, the manager’s behavior would sometimes be very inappropriate and unprofessional. For instance, he would use disrespectful language towards the team members. As interns, if we did or say something that he did not like he would sometimes fire us from the office for the day saying that we would not get paid for this day. Another cons is micromanaging : every task we did was controlled and monitored, we did not have any autonomy or responsibility.
