- Has become super corporate - Management is manipulative - Secret shopper scores are unfair; if a host does not follow a script or if you do not follow a dreadful script, you will be punished in the following: - 2 to 3 table section - Hours cut - Constant nagging from management - You will be sent home if you do not have your name tag - Landslide of useless corporate slop you have to shovel - During the slow season they will hire at least 5 new servers weekly for some reason - Schedule is often posted late, sometimes 15 minutes before a shift begins (sometimes on days outside your availability). - Every day there is a meeting where they discuss with the staff what we are doing wrong, showing sales metrics and whatnot. Never much mentioned crediting us, despite improvements. - There are multiple "mandatory meetings" every year, ones that feel like "corporate morale builders" - The heat in the building never works right so some days it will get below freezing in the building. You will be nagged and your hours will be cut if you dare wear a jacket over your short-sleeved Bubba's shirt - Will intentionally make moms work Mother’s Day - Will make you work Christmas Eve and any other holidays
