Pays well per hour if you have enough student on your route, I’ve made 50/hr from having a full car. This is more rare though. If you do am and pm you’ll have a 4 hr gap in the middle of your day which I liked, some don’t though.

If they don’t put many students on your route you can make as little as about 15/hr. The students often get switched out. It’s not super consistent. It’s likely that just starting out you won’t get a great route. Also do the math and make sure rides are worth your time before excepting.

Unprofessional handling of employee incident” I work as a driver for Buckled.In and during one of my drop-offs, a student deliberately threw my personal phone out of the car window, causing significant damage. Instead of taking immediate responsibility and making the process simple for me, the company made the reimbursement process unnecessarily complicated. As an employee who was simply doing my job, I expected better support and accountability from my employer. I would caution others to think carefully before working with this company, as they do not adequately protect or support their drivers when incidents occur on the job
