Only con for me is its not in Houston.

The best part about this job was leaving it.

The managers make 50 to $70,000 while they pay the CSR's less than minimum wage when you factor in that they do not pay a dime for mileage. The management could care less if you ever hit commission or not. They are horribly unorganized and play mind games with people so they cannot get out to the events to try to make commission. They play favoritism and even lie about you, and get away with it. If you are hispanic, you will be favored and promoted. You have to load your car with all kinds of stuff and mgmt. could care less if you forget something. It is chaotic and inefficient. The worst job in the world. They are taking advantage of employees.
