      On the road all day, No dot 40plus hours 4/10

      Cons

      Route are super big. They don’t care what time you come back but you got to finish the route. Manager don’t help out. Never meet customers Brian route manager lazy

      Pros

      Budget is a true family owned and operated business. I've worked with big corporate companies and I love the flexibility of the company. Ownership and management truly care about employees and customers.

      Cons

      Some of the benefits larger companies have aren't here (401K, Life Insurance, FSA, etc)
