The people are some of the most accepting I've ever met. The hours are wonderful. The manager is flexible and very understanding. They include a shift meal and half off for people working 3 shifts a week. Greatest customer service job I've ever worked.
Cons
The 3-4 PM slump in business can make ya get creative on things to do.
Pretexting a climate conducting surveillance filling out reports or I'm on my favorites but among waiting for a claimant to make his move after learning his injury whether it be a arm shoulder back leg or whatever focus on that with my video and try my best to catch him doing something he is not supposed to be doing
Cons
Sitting in my vehicle all day long without any climate activity can get very boring at times but I love my job as surveillance so I am sticking with it
