Pros
Core offerings are decent. Prints can be good. Office is nice. More paid holidays than a lot of companies provide.
Cons
Core product is just decent - nothing special and not versatile for different head sizes. Peripheral products are either poorly designed or over thought. There are plenty of solid competitors in the marketplace. The generous paid holiday policy and a nice office won't counteract the abuse you receive on a daily basis.
