Pay-do not honor being certified No room for advancement Nit-Pick everything by "operations" Your own boss (MD or PA) really have no say over anything Impossible to get time off for vacation Ask you to do more without giving you anything in return Pay people based on experience, but yet when you prove you do more, they do not reward you with anything, but people who do less get paid more. Once you start with a salary, no chance they will ever get you a raise. (your lucky if you get the yearly 3% cost of living raise)
