Pros
Smaller business that gives you the ability to get a feel for all aspects of the job. Relationships with co-employee is generally good; a friendly team that is willing to help. Due to the fast paced environment, the day can involve a number of different jobs, which mixes up the day to day redundancies. This also makes the days go rather quickly.
Cons
Employees are underpaid and bonuses/incentive packages are minimal. There is a general feel that employees do not trust management. Some employees fear they can be fired at any time. There is little chance to move up ladder due to the wide gap between upper and lower management. The working environment/conditions are rather poor. The work day is stressful and involves employees juggling more than they are able to.
