Nights and weekends off, company issued truck, Insurance, sick pay, vacation pay and great family feel organization.
Cons
Employee retention is terrible and that results in 10 hour days and 50 hour work weeks. Working in high heat, rain and freezing temperatures. OVERWORKED!!
