      Das Unternehmen fungiert als Hub für coole Ideen. Wir haben nach fast 8 Jahren die richtigen Kunden, es liegen große Aufgaben hinter uns und vor uns. Die vorherrschende Kultur ist geprägt von agilem Miteinander. Es gibt stabile value streams.

      Cons

      Viele Managementerfahrungen wurden in den letzten Jahren im "Trial and error" Verfahren erlernt. Und das "Experiment" läuft noch.
