Horrible no communication they put out sub par materials - Production Build SMART Employee Review

Ability to expand outside of job description and try new things. Never worked more than 42 hours a week.

Huge structural problems: leadership is done remotely and is very traditional. Does not work well for a startup. It stifles company culture, mission/values, and ability to pivot. Leadership seems to not care about employees.

Good product. Nice co-workers in middle management.

Horrible culture. The main execs seemed like misanthropes.
