Worst organisation in the history - Anonymous employee BuildINT Employee Review

Though company vision is high and they are working towards that from past 5 years,

1) Team work culture is pathetic 2) leadership Quilty and management with understanding is lost 3) Fake commitments towards product and product doesn't work 4) 10% monthly salary deduction 5) Incentive structure not providing 6) late night working by man agent 7) Abusive language use

Not a single pros to share

1. Director is very bad, with abusive language and not have sense while communicating. 2. If you join you have to work extra hours without extra payment to complete the task. 3. Hourly meetings to review the progress of task, no any freedom. 4. If you join, I surely say that you will leave the organisation within 2-3 months. 5. The people which work and stay more in this company are the only ones who are lost everything in life, they are not having any hope, they think that this is the only company for them to work and earn. Despite getting the wrong treatment, they just suffer for earning money.
