      Salary, work schedule, bonus and location.

      Cons

      PRO although "unlimited" is still held to 80 hours. No sick leave or competitive leave. Workload is overwhelming. Management is delusional nor offers suggestions or assistance to the team. Passive racism. Lack of security for staff. Lack of professionalism in the office.
