Pros
I've been involved in a number of different organizations and the culture of BDC is unlike any other encountered. It's a top level staff dedicated to helping each other succeed. I have never felt so supported, encouraged, and independently successful in any other organization. The guidance, collaboration, and freedom to do my best work is incredibly fulfilling. People respect your time, your family, and your time off.
Cons
Entirely remote organization, you MUST be a self organized and driven human to be successful in this structure and to frankly keep up with the pace of the work. The pace of work is interesting because people work hard and respect family times, emails stop at 5pm. If you're uncomfortable with an expectation of true work life balance you will struggle in this culture.
