Building Engines stands by their employees. I've been very happy to be a part of the growing team, and be a part of a successful company. There are good benefits, and the management teams do well to listen when you have any concerns about your happiness or success within the company.
Cons
As with any growing company, changes occur. Not everybody is a fan of change, and it is certainly a part of the process here at BE.
