There are genuinely capable, knowledgeable people here who want to do good work.

Unreasonable workload, shifting priorities, and inconsistent decisions created constant rework and last-minute urgency, with limited support when concerns were raised. Over time it seriously affected my wellbeing and confidence, and it was commonly framed as “normal”.
