Pros

Good Location: Convenient and accessible. Good Pay: Competitive compensation, which initially seemed promising.

Cons

This location is a toxic work environment, to say the least. The new manager lacks integrity and ethics, rewarding colleagues who achieve high sales numbers at the expense of others. This favoritism encourages a cutthroat atmosphere where people step on each other to get ahead, creating a negative vibe among the team. While the clients are generally nice, the same can't be said for the colleagues or managers. They don't seem to care about their team’s well-being or have anyone’s best interests at heart. If you’re considering a position here, be prepared for an environment that values profit over people and lacks any genuine support system. Proceed with caution!

Pros

I learned a lot about sucking and what not to do.

Cons

I recommend not sucking to everyone.

Pros

The brand carries prestige, and the product speaks for itself. Some coworkers were genuinely talented and supportive. I was given the opportunity to travel to Rome for a brand event—an experience I remain grateful for, despite the surrounding dysfunction.

Cons

Emotionally unsafe and psychologically destabilizing work environment created by boutique-level management. • High-performing employees are praised early on, then slowly undermined once they become visible or self-sufficient. • Questions are met with condescension, sarcasm, or outright retaliation. • Time off is initially approved, then weaponized later or used against you. • Leadership contradicts itself regularly and creates confusion—only to punish the fallout it caused. • Favoritism is blatant, and client hoarding by management is routine. • Public shaming, verbal snapping, and private gaslighting are normalized. • I was hired at a lower wage than newer, less experienced employees. When I brought it up, management falsely claimed we weren’t allowed to discuss pay. Multiple employees raised concerns to HR. Nothing changed. Those who spoke up were eventually pushed out or ignored. It’s a culture of fear—not excellence.
