Pros
1. Bulk MRO treats everybody like an owner, not an employee. Everybody is given stock options and a say in large decisions. 2. I've been working with Bulk MRO since the pre-funding days. The ease with which I can talk to the founders is something I haven't experienced before. The founders of the company are always on the ground to help resolve your issues. 3. Suggestions are always taken into consideration and implemented wherever possible, no politics. 4. The culture encourages second chances. We don’t fire people. If you take things positively, you're given an opportunity to better yourself. 5. Access to large swaths of institutional knowledge. People get to experience multiple departments and lines of work in their day-to-day tasks. 6. Bulk MRO is a tech-obsessed company using in-house and outsourced technology. The core is SAP and a custom-made ERP system. Use of new and improved tools is encouraged daily. There is heavy investment in tech to make people's jobs easier. Overall I'm proud of the work I do and completely satisfied with my job!
Cons
Bulk MRO is a start-up. Being a startup, there are off days. Things sometimes break, clients sometimes yell, and processes sometimes need updating. If you're dynamic and adaptable, you fit right in. If you're not, you may struggle.
