poorly managed by owner of company, unrealistic expectations of staff, poor compensation with low base and a bonus opportunity that is difficult to achieve. Mirco managing owner, poor hiring decisions and retention decisions. Overall disorganized. not sure where the company is headed. Little opportunity for advancement, and the pay is terrible for expected output. Owner of company has over inflated ego. no loyalty to employees and has no problem trying to take advantage of them. Would not recommend working there.
