Pros
Working at any agency provides great exposure to multiple marketing scenarios and roles. Employees wear many hats and can develop many skills at Bullseye Media.
Cons
The majority of employees at Bullseye Media are severely underpaid and overworked. Leadership values friendship over hard work and skill. They will also lie and bully you into false hope of promotions, raises and better company morale. This company is growing, but at the same time experiencing a lot of turn over of quality talent. I left the position I was in after learning that I could be paid double what I was offered at Bullseye, and after being given more leadership responsibilities without any increase in compensation. Most employees work past 6 pm, or at least take their work home with them. Working from home is extremely frowned upon, and micromanagement is encouraged. At this company you will be considered late to work when arriving after 8:15 am. Establishing a work life balance is extremely challenging, no matter what position you have at this company. While I do encourage marketers to work at an agency to quickly develop fundamental skills, I would not encourage working under the leadership of Bullseye Media.
