Pros
Some pretty cool people work here, unlike stuffy Marriott and Fairmont hotels where everyone is pretty cookie-cutter. The best thing about working for BH is without a doubt is the associates and managers but corporate and regional management have changed so much and everyone seems to feel overworked and underappreciated at this point and the work environment isn't what it used to be.
Cons
Poor training, lack of communication, everyone has the job of 3 people in order to cut costs, no transparency, failure to outline clear expectations and sales goals. Failure to uphold promises made. Failure to create a safe and comfortable work environment.
