Pros

Good tip pay for all FOH positions Family, inclusive environment Hard work pays off!

Cons

If you plan to work here for a long time, good luck. People who have worked longer than you get way more benefits in their self-called "hierarchy". Which I understand to a certain point. But being a newer employee will mean you're stuck in one position for a very long time, unless you're lucky enough to be needed on a specific day for a specific position. Cross-training is long overdue by the time you're burnt out, which is very easy to experience in a restaurant business. If you don't enjoy sticking to one position every single shift, I don't believe this will be the place for you.
