Pay is well below market to deal with a gossipy, manipulative and very unprofessional work environment. You get to watch secretaries who make significantly more than you talk on the phone all day and shop online and do no work and nothing will ever be done about it. Everyone seems to be in competition with each other (for no reason what so ever) therefore you have to watch every move you make or someone will tattle to HR. Overall, of you enjoyed the constant drama of high school, this is the perfect place!
