Pros
Nice and helpful colleagues, especially those who work in the logistic and fulfillment team. It's a small company, so you get to work with every single person in the company, including the boss. You'll also very likely take on multiple roles in the company, and you will be assigned new tasks as you progress. As with most small companies, there will not be official / formal training provided (like those in huge corporations) as you pick up the new tasks, but the management will be happy to provide casual / informal advice and guidance if you are unclear on anything - but most importantly, you're expected to invest your own time and effort in acquiring the knowledge and skill sets as you go along. If you're a self-starter or someone who enjoys pretty frequent new challenges as well as the flexibility and ownership in your role, there'll be endless opportunities for self-improvement and development when you work for the company. Employees' special discount when purchasing products from the company.
Cons
Don't expect huge salary hikes and year-end bonuses; and unlike some huge corporations where your salary may be adjusted as you take on new tasks, your salary is likely to stay the same even when you're assigned new tasks. So make sure you treasure the opportunity for self-development as you progress (and see it as some sort of bonus), otherwise you might feel disappointed.
