Pros
The people are great friendly and work well together. Location close to train station and high street. Established work flow which people are trained in. Great work comes out of the company. Great benefits.
Cons
Management is fixed and there is little to no room for career progression, so if you are ambitious this will be a stop gap. No appreciation is shown for good work at least from the the mid level down as bouses and performance incentive are little to non existent. You can't teach and old dog new tricks that could not be more clearly represented than the CG management at burrows, the ideas are old hat and the work flow is inflexible and change is slow...very slow. Pay is low they use the excuse that it is outside of London but this dose not mean commute fee or food is any cheaper. Stuff turn over is high at the bottom and not at all at the top, making for a lack of opportunity and motivation.
