      Pros

      Dog friendly, near the beach, decent catered lunches, Cool Products, some really smart engineers / founders, flexible hours

      Cons

      Deadlines are sometimes not realistic, no vision insurance, and besides that just typical problems / crap found at any startup.

      Pros

      - Great people and fun culture - Lots of opportunities for growth - Management cares about employees - Freedom to experiment with new technologies

      Cons

      At times it feels like their is a lack of product direction. Personally, I enjoy the opportunity to contribute to defining product initiatives, but if you are looking for a fully-baked spec for every task, this is not the place for you.
