Pros
It is very rewarding to work at Busabout, there is a real passion for the brand, and everyone is very driven to make the brand succeed. Everyone within the business has a key role to play, which helps keep motivation high. The brand gets under your skin and before you know it the term 'Bleeding Orange' really makes sense!
Cons
It does take a large time commitment - being part of a small team does mean additional hours need to be put in at times.
