      Great hours, easy to earn incentives, Busey REALLYcares about their customers

      Cons

      Low base pay, poor data entry department, newsletters will give misleading information and give out customer support's phone number

      Decent pay, benefits and great coworkers. Although, majority of the legacy and some newer employees left.

      Cons

      Senior management in Champaign, IL didn't understand the Chicagoland market.
