      Consistent , sufficient training, good work environment, free gym access and weekly yoga, and tuition reimbursement program

      Regularly understaffed due to high turn over of banker positions and consistent call outs.

      Decent pay, benefits and great coworkers. Although, majority of the legacy and some newer employees left.

      Senior management in Champaign, IL didn't understand the Chicagoland market.
