      There were many pros working for this company: 1) Salary align with industry standards 2) Top notch training 3) My colleagues in various departments were great to work with no cliques or drama

      Cons

      There were no cons. I left because my family relocated from Florida to Tennessee and the job was in person rather than remote.

      Pros

      Decent pay, benefits and great coworkers. Although, majority of the legacy and some newer employees left.

      Cons

      Senior management in Champaign, IL didn't understand the Chicagoland market.
