No cons - great environment.

I enjoyed working for this company. Been with them for 4 years . They were the sub contractor with the direct vendor. When the vendor filed for bankruptcy and refused to pay the sub-vendors BCT continued to pay me. BCT lost months of revenue but they insured I was taken care of. Any issue with the vendor BCT handled all I had to do was make the relations with the Client......They are an awesome outfit with great people supporting you

As long as Barbie is the CEO I don't have any cons.
