Thanks for your feedback. Sorry you feel that our work is a scam. We work very hard at BIG in hopes of creating great projects and value for everyone involved. As for the mean girls comment, I will agree that we have several women working at the company and it’s actually something I, being a female leader, encourage. I personally have not seen any of them be mean. Sometimes being assertive or confident can be translated as mean when it comes to female. I am very proud of the assertive, partially female team we have and will continue to encourage them to speak their mind and address issues head on. Hope that clears up any miss information for you.

Hi there, I am really sorry you feel this way. We agree that there is not a lot of time to train employees and that a lot of what we do is learnt on the job. I am concerned that you feel there is a lack of communication. We have always been very open at all levels at BIG and encourage all team members to ask when they don’t help.
