Pros
The environment is like all distant relatives connected through the internet doing their assigned jobs, overseen by a big brother. All are very friendly people and the Boss is the coolest CEO to find. Never pressurizes you but all production matrices reports are shared between all Employees. and encourages everyone and keeps good rapport. Personally, I was down with an accident and was on leave. Incredibly, the next pay date BSM paid me for those 3 weeks that I was on leave due to the accident. One of my colleagues said Bijou transferred money to his salary account for his daughter's tuition fees just upon being asked if there was any company help available. Another colleague said the CEO paid him during his days of absence from work due to his dad's death. These are some real nice gestures by the employer during tough times of their employees.
Cons
No definite pay date, but they pay without fail around 5th to 10th each month. I have seen "Termination with Immediate Effect" to at least 4 people including me in my 2 years at BSM, citing lack of scope.
