NOR IS PS RECEIVING ANY SORT OF COMMISSION. THERE IS NO REASON PS SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO GET LICENSED. UNTIL *ALL* LEADS AND UPPER MANAGEMENT BECOME LICENSED THEMSELVES. THERES NO REASON PS SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO. Hypocritical, to say the least.
