Nothing good about the company - do not waste your career here in this company . Look out for other opportunities if you want to work in this domain like Tally , Tide, Vyapar etc but do not join BUSY it will be the worst decision of your life , trust me and you will end up wasting your time and a black spot on your resume. Leaders here are at 45-50 age - this company is their retirement plan , so they will talk 100 things but will do 0 .

DO Not Join this company, it has serious leadership problems, immature leaders - no sense how to drive business, attrition in the company is very very high. If you have less salary you can still survive, no room for talent recognition and they do not accept young talent. HR dept is fraud - they will dupe you into roles. I have seen many of my colleagues being asked to leave directly. No warning, No PIP . No mail - just because he/she could not be YES MAN to the immature leadership.
