Diversity, equity, and inclusion is highly important to us. We’ve made progress, but agree there’s more to do, specifically around leadership representation. We agree that great leadership is about trust, openness, and mentorship - not just hitting goals. Our leadership model reflects this and managers are evaluated on this regularly.
We also know fair, competitive compensation matters, so we review our structures regularly to stay aligned with the market. We have processes in place to enable structured, objective performance evaluations, ensuring all types of high performance are recognized and rewarded.
