      You can wear jeans everyday.

      Cons

      Complete lack of leadership, support and guidance from management team. No communication between departments. No development plan for employees interested in moving up the ladder. Managers that manage the deal calendar are allowed to date people that work directly under them, allowing for favoritism in deal run dates.

      Great atmosphere, management team, product. I enjoyed working for the company. Flexible schedule. They sold to GiltGroup.

      Cons

      Volatile start up, capital was spent quickly. Quickly hired many incompetent people. Poor benefit package. Have to negotiate salary
