Thanks for the comments, and the candid advice. We are a rapidly growing company and always trying to hire the best of the best. We have put together an incredible management team, but we know that more managers are needed in areas - this is a result of a strategy that placed engineering, product and data management at the forefront. With regards to satellite offices, we believe that we've built the offices with incredible and entrepreneurial people, who are able to strive in smaller groups. These offices also have all the resources available that we have in our HQ. This is something that we pay close attention to. Thanks for the kind words, and excellent advice.
