      No job security, you can get laid off anytime without any notice, Clueless Management, Bad leave policy, work hours can get stretched to 15-16 hours if required, think 10 times before joining, salary is way too low compared to the Indian market, communication gaps between employees.

      Your job is work from home hence you do not have to travel
