      Not much.. you would be expecting a less from company and more from yourself

      Very less hike cycles can skip year or two, knowledge can be improved only outside office

      Pros

      Salary on time, Learning is good there , Good for Dot net . Good for fresher .

      Cons

      Alternate Saturdays, You have to handle all (design, development and testing) your own . If you will start giving 100% they will not satisfied , treat you like school boy. Sometimes it feels student life not professional life.
