Pros
The thing I liked best about working at Bytemobile was the technology. It was very good experience for learning about the mobile space. There are many issues dealing in the mobile space ( ads, compression,media types) that you would not think of unless you were exposed to it. The work was challenging.
Cons
January 2012, they just laid off half the company due to money problems,
I guess ATT success with LTE is something they didn't count on. Avoid this company
as a place to work , work week is now 60 hours, weekend work is now common.
The information posted by other reviewers is still true ,company run by inner circle. Promotions, raises, who gets laid off are all determined by if the inner circle likes you or not. AVOID this company.
The company is run by a bunch of college kids that have never had a real job, this is why they make so many mistakes.
This company constantly struggles with money issues.
