They do technically pay a little higher than most places in a similar industry in my area.

The fact that you have to take shorter breaks so you have time to use the restroom at any point the rest of the day makes you feel like you are a prisoner.

Bytenextz has a "cool" image, it feels quite laid back and quite caring and modern. It has a nice office. The pay is good and you get what they commit every time. They sponsored my H-1B and I am really grateful to them for that.

Management has no clue what you're getting into assignment wise. Are you liking your assignment? They don't care. Managers treat you as if they are the boss of the company. Yes you are allowed to quit an assignment, of course, but why should you take your chances and gamble, risking another dead end assignment to follow?
