Pros

Exposure to demanding clients. Unpaid salaries

Cons

This is an abusive and exploitative work environment where shouting, intimidation, and constant monitoring are part of daily life. On projects, employees are regularly yelled at by both management and clients. Micromanagement is extreme, trust is nonexistent, and psychological pressure is constant. Salaries are not paid on time, repeatedly. This is treated as normal by leadership, despite the serious personal and financial problems it causes employees. There is no accountability, no transparency, and no empathy. When salaries are delayed, employees are told it is "the client’s fault" even though the company continues to profit significantly from their work. Clients are known to be difficult, toxic, and abusive. The CEO is fully aware of this and deliberately turns a blind eye. Instead of protecting employees, management expects you to endlessly satisfy clients through unpaid overtime. You are required to tolerate insults, humiliation, and verbal abuse from both clients and internal management. During the interview process, candidates are promised stability, support, and a healthy work environment. These promises are false. In reality, employees are misrepresented to clients as senior professionals even when they are clearly junior, creating impossible expectations and setting them up for failure. The company charges clients senior-level rates while shifting all pressure, blame, and risk onto employees. There is no support from management on projects. On the contrary, employees are blamed for everything, regardless of workload, scope, or context. Team leaders do not lead, they exist to please the CEO and protect themselves, creating a culture of fear, favoritism, and silence. Speaking up only makes you a target. HR does not act as a neutral or protective function. Instead, HR actively sides with upper management in conflicts, arguing against employees rather than addressing abuse or misconduct. This company normalizes financial instability, psychological abuse, deception, and exploitation. Employees are treated as disposable resources, valued only as long as they comply and stay silent.

Pros

Awesome people to learn from, but they are fewer and fewer. Used to be so cool to leave for trainings in the US

Cons

Terrible CEO who lies and manipulates Salary increases are approved only if the client agrees to them, forcing their hands mostly. This process should ensure the employee does not have to wait for the client to approve the extra $. In the end you work Bytex not for the client
