Good Company - Load Planner C-Logistics Employee Review

Schedule does allow you to only work half a year or more due to company being short handed on employees. Pay is on par with others in industry

The material tracking software the company uses is out of date. If it was so great why did two of the largest clients quit using the software and went with another? For years the complaint has been made that it needed to be updated with features that allow it to be used across multiple platforms both mobile and interface with Well View or similar programs as well as with SAP. But, nah, we good, that's why few customers use the software and C-Logistics has been unsuccessful in landing more customers. Some may say it would be due to the oil price being that way. But I disagree, had they been proactive certain projects at other facilities would have been secured. Especially when you provide the logistics services in Fourchon but can't seal the deal elsewhere for the same customer.

During normal times this is a good company.

The state of oil and gas has caused massive layoffs as customers are cancelling contracts.
