Pros

none, no pros at all at least not to what I experienced there. Maybe the fact i met a handful of rare nice co-workers i say rare , cause the ones that have been there for 14yrs or more are so bitter and have little or no empathy for customers- reason the calls are not being monitor so you can say what ever and what you want to a customer. I heard some reps treat Spanish speakers like dog water.

Cons

no management, no communication, customers are horrible, no one to go to for answer, everyone is in their own world, no help for a difficult situation, they just let you go for no reason, bias, you do mangement duties as an employee, you babysit the customers cuase they are so spoiled, you have to go the extra mile to please customers and you still get erradicated by bias upper management. Lack of ommunication to employees, their software is from 1950's the worst company I have ever worked for. If you like people raising your voice at you from customers and managers then this compamy is for you.

Pros

Schedule: The work schedule was reliable and predictable, which made planning outside of work much easier. Pay: Compensation was fair and competitive for the position. Team: A handful of coworkers genuinely cared about the quality of work and collaborated well, which made certain tasks more enjoyable.

Cons

•Targeting of New Employees: Senior staff often singled out newer employees, creating a hostile environment and contributing to random terminations. Management & HR Favoritism: Leadership consistently protected certain employees, even when they violated policies or failed to perform their duties, while others were punished without cause. Unreliable Terminations: Employees were frequently fired for unclear or inconsistent reasons, reflecting a lack of systematic accountability. Poor Leadership & Organization: There is minimal oversight or structured management. Shipping, receiving, and daily operations lack proper systems, leaving staff without clear direction. Unsafe & Unclean Conditions: The warehouse has numerous hazards, malfunctioning equipment, and poor overall maintenance, creating unsafe working conditions. Unethical & Negative Culture: Decisions often prioritize favoritism and protection rather than following company policies, leading to widespread disorganization and low morale. Lack of Necessary Equipment: Employees are expected to work without the tools or resources necessary to perform their jobs effectively.
