Pros
Able to tutor students without having to worry about scheduling. Many books and other materials available to teach the students as effectively as possible.
Cons
No benefits, no room for promotion, low pay, weekend workdays, and doesn't propel your career. Work schedule is unstable as you can work every day one week and none the next.
