Unprofessional, Ad-hoc Management, VERY LOW PAY for Staff - Anonymous employee C2 Education Employee Review

Ad-hoc training program, shuffled together by mis-managers. There are no benefits. The pay is very low for center directors. The pay is also low for tutors. Their tutoring model is fundamentally flawed because it is waaaaaay too expensive for group tutoring. You cannot teach students who are all learning different subjects for that much. I feel a lot of the directors are inept. Many of the directors cannot speak English and some are really unprofessional. I generally love the places I worked. This is the only exception.
