Pros

The curriculum is effective. Many of the staff are passionate about what they do, however they should be compensated more.

Cons

Not enough PTO, they expect you to come in when you have a 102 fever. Always short on staff, there is a ridiculous turn over rate, no one in the district from last school year remains at C2 except the higher performing centers who are able to sustain living wages. Don't expect any raises they always claim to be on a budget freeze yet they are opening centers like rabbits procreating.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I was thrilled to read your positive comments on our strong curriculum and passionate staff and really appreciate your contribution to the team. We are working to provide more opportunities for our teachers who want to grow and stay with C2. As a result, we’ve recently seen several teachers go into new and exciting roles (including becoming Center Directors, trainers, and joining the curriculum team). The organization is actively investing in building more training and support tools so that our teachers continue to develop their knowledge and skill set. My vision is to find great teachers to join C2, but also develop them to become even better so that our students benefit from a better education, now and always.
