      Company has developed good infrastructure and design flow and methodology. Company is open to remote work site and flexible work hour. One can usually learn about how things are going in different groups.

      Cons

      The technology is somewhat dated and the management seem to be unsure of how to make the right decision about risk management.

      Company has good design flow and methodology. People gets to research various issues and propose architectural solutions. As a result you can learn a lot about how to make a chip and a SOC product.

      Cons

      Company is a startup and comes with financial risks.

      Poor VC funding, which is why the company closed in less then 6 months after I started.
